RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 21 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn/unwashed, with tags attached.

If you need to return an item, simply go to our Return Request page, which is located at the bottom of the page. You must receive a response on your return request before you ship anything back to us. We will then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and will NOT be issued a refund:

• Hair accessories
• Jewelry/Accessories/Purses and/or Clutches
• Sale/Clearance Items
• Shipping

Most orders will ship out within the next 1-2 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped via USPS/UPS. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Shoplunaboutique.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. We will not be held responsible should USPS/UPS lose your package. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

In-Store Pick Up

If you've chosen In-Store Pick Up as an option we will email/call you once it's ready for pickup. You must provide I.D along with a description of the items that were ordered. We cannot allow anyone but the purchaser pickup the order. Unless otherwise noted on the order.

All returns/exchanges brought into the store must be within 21 days of order/pick-up date and will receive will issue a refund if eligible. We do not do in-store exchanges. Please read the Return Policy to ensure your items are eligible for return.
